Welcome to WASticker Maker. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WASticker Maker application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, and if you do not agree, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WASticker Maker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use WASticker Maker for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App or its content.
Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the App's source code.
Use the App for commercial or mass production purposes without our express written permission.

Subscription Services

WASticker Maker may offer premium features or subscription plans to enhance your experience. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Billing

Renewal charges will be processed within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

Management

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings.

Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period. You will not receive a refund for the current subscription period.

Free Trials

Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

User Conduct

When using WASticker Maker, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Refrain from infringing on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others when creating stickers.
Not upload, create, or distribute stickers that contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
Avoid using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App.

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, templates, graphics, and features available in WASticker Maker are owned by Robust Research and Development Ltd or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any stickers or content you personally create, but by using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing App services.

In-App Purchases

WASticker Maker offers in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for further details on how payment data is handled.

Data Collection and Use

We collect certain information to improve the performance and reliability of WASticker Maker. This includes:

Device Information: Such as device model, operating system, and identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
Storage Access: Required to import images and save stickers to your device.
Photos Access: Needed if you choose to create stickers using photos or save stickers to your device.

Limitation of Liability

WASticker Maker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties. Robust Research and Development Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including loss of data or unauthorized access.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
